Photography Sessions

Reserve our flourishing flower farm as your photography venue. This distinguished setting provides photographers with naturally stunning backdrops. From cultivated garden beds to verdant landscapes ideal for editorial work, commercial shoots, and artistic projects. Perfect for professionals and hobbyists seeking an authentic, elegant location.

There is potential that you may be sharing a time slot with other photographers if multiple bookings happen. If you are interested in a private rental of the property, please reach out via email to coordinate.

Photography Session Rules & Guidelines

To help preserve our farm and ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your session:

• Session Length: Your photography rental includes 1 hour of access to the property. Please arrive and depart within your reserved time.
• Stay Off Fences & Structures: For your safety and to protect the property, do not climb, sit, or stand on fences, gates, buildings, or other farm structures.
• Respect the Property: Guests are welcome to bring their own photography props, provided they do not damage, alter, or leave anything behind on the property.
• No Picking Flowers: Flowers may not be picked during your photography session. If you would like fresh flowers for your photos, please email Ember & Bloom before your session to arrange a bouquet for pickup upon arrival.
• Parking & Access: Approved parking areas and the portions of the property available for photography will be outlined in your confirmation email. Please remain within these designated areas.
• Leave No Trace: Please remove all props, decorations, and personal belongings when your session is complete, and dispose of any trash properly.
• Respect the Farm: Please treat the property with care so it can be enjoyed by future guests.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

By booking and participating in a photography session on our property, you acknowledge that you are entering a working farm and understand that uneven ground, natural terrain, weather conditions, insects, animals, and other outdoor hazards may be present.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any members of your party, including children. By booking a session, you agree that Ember & Bloom and the property owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to persons or personal property that may occur while on the premises, except as required by applicable law.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
